I am excited to be working as an Exclusive Buyer Agent for

I bring over 20 years experience in Real Estate and Mortgage Banking industries. My focus on Frederick County and Western Maryland began almost a dozen years ago working with both buyers and sellers. I have also worked as a Buyer Agent for a successful team in Frederick County for over 4 years.

More recently, I studied and received my Pennsylvania license. I have listed and sold property in Pennsylvania, however, now my concentration will stay with buyers. I love to help people buy homes. Finding a family a home allows me to share the joy people experience fulfilling their dreams of homeownership. It also allows me a way to share my expertise in real estate. I consider the sale of real estate an art rather than a job. It is a dance in negotiating a contract, conducting a home inspection and moving forward to settlement. My job is to make buying a home appear seamless to you, so you can move to settlement without any worries about your purchase.
